Client Details

One of the largest fabless IC design house, well-known for their speciality in designing chips for wireless communications, hand held devices and other consumer electronics.

Description

• Responsible in RFIC design, verification and supervise layout.

• Frequency synthesizer, PLL, voltage-controlled oscillator and crystal oscillator designs

• Evaluate transceiver front-end circuits for WiFi and Bluetooth production.

• Be a team player and work with various teams in company, with effective communication skills.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent with strong analytical skill.

• Experience in transceiver building block design experience (LNA, TIA, Analog Filer, Generic Building Blocks etc.)

• Thorough knowledge in highly scaled CMOS process and device characteristics, scaling-related impact to circuit design.

• Knowledge in EM tool usage and experience in 28nm CMOS or beyond.

• Familiarity in frequency synthesizer and PLL.
